Day 5 of the 30 Days of Skating challenge was another great day!
My outdoor skating guru and I met up with a Fresh Meat skater for a street skate/skills help session in Flagler Beach, and the three of us enjoyed a great skate on a gorgeous day!
Outdoor skating is amazing for training, agility, endurance, and learning to trust your body and your skates. One of the
the best pieces of advice I got when I first started skating was to get outdoor wheels and skate outside.
It was scary as shit at first, but now I skate more outdoors than anywhere else, and I LOVE it 🙂
Whew, a great day, and it ended with a hot bubble bath and candlelight Yin yoga after ❤
